Next Level Pizza Inc is the founding owner of Oath brand pizza. In 2023, the former CEO of Next Level Pizza, Andrew Kellogg, of Oxford, MD executed a sale agreement to sell the assets of Next Level Pizza to his own personal company. Next Level Pizza terminated his employment and a lawsuit was commenced against Mr. Kellogg and his company (New Oath Pizza) for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.* In August 2024, the Oath brand and business assets were returned to Next Level Pizza and the company will go through a financial restructuring.
